Our knowledgeable staff takes pride in making sure you’re ordering the right brand, style, color, and size for you and your group. Before we print, we provide a digital mock-up of the design on your garment of choice for your approval. We also aim to be upfront with pricing and delivery dates.

In the case that you are not satisfied with the print quality, we will either reprint them (time permitting) or provide a store credit for your next print job at BaseCamp.  We do not accept returns, but we will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable amicable resolution.
